What is the best supplement(s) to build muscle and gain muscle fast along with lifting weights
Right now i am taking protein and amplified creatine. I know there is also Leukic. but what is the best and most efficient what are the best brands and are there other supplements that are good.
Supplements are not FDA regulated and most of their reputation is build on the streets. on my experience most of them are scams. a steady protein/carb intake can do magic and that’s why shakes work. (discontinue creatine if it is upsetting your stomach cause you’ll loose most of what you ingest).
