You may have tried to lose weight through many ways, but the Fat Burning Furnace system, designed by Rob Poulos, may be one that you haven’t tried and that you’re missing out on. And yet it works.

Rob investigated metabolic rates, and discovered that in some certain states, the body will burn fat, whether you’re on a treadmill or asleep in bed. What he calls it is the Resting Metabolic Rate. You have to raise it to burn fat – maybe thus the name Fat Burning.

There is no starvation, no pills, no low-carb or low-fat diets; you can eat all you want so long as at the end of the day you know how to burn it off.

This is the way the system works:

1. The main principle behind it is exercise and nutrition. You don’t have to spend hours and hours doing crunches in front of the TV or running the treadmill. All you need is a set of rapid exercises that you repeat on a daily basis at a certain speed to burn off extra calories that your body doesn’t need. You have to target the area that has the fat – if its belly fat, you need to find a way of exercising the belly for 30-35 minutes rapidly so that you work up your RMR to the point where you’re burning fat. Fortunately, because of the interconnectivity of muscles, exercising one part will often lead to inadvertently exercising another. The system outlines specific exercises that you should use.

2. The more rapidly you work a muscle, the higher you raise your RMR. The higher your RMR, the more fat you’re burning. On the first day, it might hurt after a little while and you’ll want to stop. But because with muscles, the more you work them the more they adapt, you’ll soon find that the rapid exercises are a breeze. And you’ll get even faster, getting to your RMR sooner and having more fat burnt off before your 35 minutes of exercise are up.

3. The exercises are designed to target a specific area of your body – most exercise regimens target more than one set of muscles but with this one, you get to work one the one and only set at a time. The adjoining muscles will benefit, but they are not the focus. The guide comes with pictures to aid you along, and you can continue to upgrade with instructions at your pace of comfort. If you get to the really high level, you get onto the Blowtorch Routine, the very highest and the fastest way to keep your weight in check.

4. Rob had in mind those who haven’t exercised in a long time when he wrote the manual. Don’t worry, you can ease into it. He describes sets of exercises that will let you gently get into the routine without hurting yourself.

5. You learn about nutrition – there are certain foods which are harder to burn than others. If you consume them, be ready to put in a little more effort at the exercise. Rob suggests meal plans and recipes that contain foods that are easy to get rid of.

Don’t give up on that extra tummy fat, or the fat thighs or wherever else you feel you’re packing more weight than you should. Give yourself a chance, and try a system that comes realistic – you don’t have to take any pills or supplements and you don’t have to starve yourself or deny yourself your favorite foods. All you have to master is a set of exercises that you do each day that will burn off extra fat.

The Fat Burning Furnace has been positively reviewed; many people say that it worked for them. Let it work for you too. All you’ll need is a mental commitment to the exercises and to follow the recommendations in the book and you should soon be able to step on the bathroom scales and come off with a happy smile!

You will be able to answer this question yourself after you have read this review.

Fat Burning Furnace was created by Rob Poulos. You may have seen his other work, “Zero to Hero Fitness Program”…it was not too revolutionary, but let’s be honest he shared some very valuable advice.

However, what caught my attention was his attention to detail. He really understands his topic and shares it in such a manner that the non-body builder can grasp and follow.

Fat burning Furnace is a program developed for ever day people whose lifestyle does not permit them to spend hours preparing diet meals or visiting a gym.

Rob’s system is based on two principles:

Firstly, that any person can lose weight by accelerating your metabolism.

Secondly, that any individual can build lean muscle and lose fat by performing interval exercises for sixty (60) minutes per week.

Fat Burning Furnace Nutritional Approach

Rob’s fat burning system guides you step-by-step through every aspect of losing weight, explaining every aspect of his fat loss system in extreme detail. Rob deals in-depth with all the types of foods you should consider including in your meal plans to accelerate your metabolism and burn that unwanted fat away.

He provides his readers with a number of superior meal plans without becoming prescriptive. He rather provides you with a variety of alternatives as substitutes for your favorite foods, leaving enough room for individual creative meal plans.

Although Rob does not specifically address the issue of supplements he does promote some products.

Fat Burning Furnace Workouts

Rob explains in his fat burning guide exactly why he believes conventional cardiovascular exercises is not the ideal way to shed weight. He continues by revealing how interval training for twenty minutes, three times per week is an infinitely more efficient way of burning fat.

His guide contains a variety of exercises, both home exercises as well as circuit training. For every exercise, there is a set of instructions along with pictorial evidence, so that even a beginner to fitness can get started right away.

Rob Poulos doesn’t assume that you have any prior knowledge of fat loss strategies, plans or terminologies. He explains fat loss concepts in such a way that the average Joe Soap can understand them fully and utilize the fat loss techniques for years to come.

What’s included in the FBF Program?

Fat Burning Furnace includes:

The 160-page Fat loss Blueprint in e-book format.

An email coaching program for twelve months

Ultimate fat loss Success Tool Kit

Workout Logs to maximize fat loss

Metabolic Rate Calculator

Body Fat Percentage Analyzer

Nutrient Rich Recipes for enhanced fat loss

Free updates for 1 year

The Good and Bad of Fat Burning Furnace

After adding some weight during winter, my wife and I decided to try Rob’s Fat burning furnace. We were quite surprised with the results as I personally lost eight kilograms in five weeks, so let me lay out the facts. The fat loss guide consists of three parts.

The first part gives an introduction explaining why he believes in what he does. In the next part he explains his ideas and beliefs about exercising. My wife and I do some of rob’s recommended exercises, twice a week for 30 min. at a time, and found that more than sufficient.

Finally, he shares his knowledge and experience about proper nutrition. Like his other products, you quickly realize that this fat loss system is based on thorough research as he really delivers on the science and facts behind his ideas.

However, nothing worthwhile in life is achieved without effort. You still have to work hard at different aspect of his fat loss program. So, if you are serious about losing weight, and want to kick-start your metabolism and are prepared to follow the blueprint you will find Fat Burning Furnace a revolutionary blueprint for burning away that unwanted fat.

This Fat Burning Furnace system is not for everyone. Your average couch potato is not going to develop a six-pack abs with this. However, if you are really serious about losing weight and are already working out with little success, this rapid fat loss guide will render good results.

Now that you have all the facts at your fingertips, make sure you grab your free e-book on fat loss here.

When you combine the right foods with exercise, you can see the weight come off more easily than you ever thought. Here are some diets that can help you combine exercise and fat burning foods for effective weight loss.

Losing weight means combining the best fat burning diet with regular exercise to help burn off even more fat. When you combine the right foods with exercise, you can see the weight come off more easily than you ever thought. Here are some diets that can help you combine exercise and fat burning foods for effective weight loss.

The 5 Most Successful Fat Burning Diet Plans

1. Low Carbohydrate – Diets like Atkins and South Beach are effective because they help burn a large amount of belly fat in a short amount of time. The secret to this fat burning diet is that by not allowing your blood sugar level to spike, your body uses stored fat for energy.

Just remember to eat as wide a variety of foods as you’re allowed, load up on vegetables and don’t stay on the most restrictive phase of the diet too long.

2. Low Fat - Low fat diets can help burn fat for the simple reason that the fats we consume are typically more calorie dense than other calories. Therefore, if we lower the fat, we lower the calories we eat.

Just be careful when choosing foods that are labeled low fat or fat free. Sometimes food manufacturers add in extra sugar to compensate for the flavor lost when the fat is removed. The result is that you are consuming just as many calories, which won’t help you burn fat.

3. The White Diet – This fat burning diet is a modified version of the low carbohydrate diet, but is not quite as severe. You basically eliminate all white foods from your diet.

These include sugar, white flour, white rice and potatoes, and eat a moderate amount of the allowable foods, combined with regular exercise.

4. Low Calorie Diets – On a low calorie fat burning diet, you can eat virtually whatever you want, within your daily calorie limits.

Such fat burning diets are tried and true standbys, but they do require you to count calories every day. You’ll choose your calorie range based on your height, activity level and gender.

Even though you can eat anything on these diets, it’s still best to stick to lean meats, lots of vegetables and fruits as your mainstay, so that you don’t feel too hungry as you lose weight.

5. Very Low Calorie Diets – This fat burning diet is exactly like low calorie diets, except that the calorie limits are lower. We mention these separately because they have some important caveats. These diets are reserved for those who are very overweight and under the supervision of a doctor.

People who have only a moderate amount of weight to lose may actually slow their metabolism so much by drastically reducing their calories that they don’t lose any weight at all.
Remember to include some natural fat burning foods into your weight loss plan as well.

The Fat Burning Zone is a misunderstood concept used to promote several fitness classes, weight loss routines and magazines. It is the perfect example of only using certain parts of a study either because you didn’t bother to read the whole thing or didn’t understand how to use the information within – or option three where you knew exactly what you were doing but twisted the words for your benefit. But let’s imagine that no one would do such a thing, what is the go with fat burning exercise and the magical fat burning zone?

The Truth

The Fat Burning Zone is when you work at 55-65% of your maximum capacity (e.g. 110-130 beat per minute if you max heart rate is 200 beats per minute), which leaves your body burning 65% of its energy from fat and 35% from carbohydrates. This is called low intensity exercise. The other end of the spectrum is working at 80-90% of your capacity but you now only burn 50% of the energy from fat and 50% from carbohydrates. This is called high intensity exercise.

Well, so far it looks like low intensity exercise burns more fat than high intensity exercise and this is also where most people stopped reading. What they didn’t read is that when you work at a higher capacity your burn more energy over the same period of time, even if the percentage of fat is less. So what does this mean?

High intensity Burns More Fat Overall (and then some!)

Let’s say for arguments sake that 30 minutes of low intensity exercise for a given activity would burn 250 calories; 162.5 of them would come from fat (65%). Working at 80-90% will many times almost double your energy consumption and 30 minutes would then burn off 500 kcal; where 250 comes from fat (50%). In reality, high intensity exercise burns more energy overall AND more fat. But it doesn’t stop there.

High intensity exercise creates something called an oxygen deficit in our bodies, which can boost our fat burning capabilities for up to 36h. That is during rest AND activity. But that is not all. You see, burning through your carbohydrates is by no means a waste of time, because when you run out of them your body goes straight for the fat as its primary energy source. So, burning through your carbohydrate stores faster will also have you burning more fat.

Try It For Yourself

Even though I’ve used nice and round numbers to make it easier to understand you can Google for a site called “Calories Per Hour”, choose your activity, put your own numbers in and see the difference for yourself. So, staying in the fat burning zone doesn’t necessarily mean burning more fat. Remember that next time you hear people throw THAT statement around.

You will have to embrace fat burning exercise and a fat burning diet to achieve permanent weight loss. Researchers agree that exercise has a bigger impact on fat loss and weight loss than diet.

So you are overweight and have finally decided to do something effective about it. You will have to embrace fat burning exercise and your diet to achieve permanent weight loss.

Researchers agree that exercise has a bigger impact on fat loss and weight loss than diet. You can burn more fat in a day through exercise than you can through diet. However, they also agree that you must address both to lose fat.

Is There An Optimal Fat Burning Exercise Regimen?

There are two broad categories of exercise. Those categories are aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise.

Aerobic exercise requires oxygen for energy; anaerobic does not. Another distinction between the two is level of intensity (degree of exertion). Aerobic exercise is a lower level of intensity.

Some examples of aerobic fat burning exercise are jogging, brisk walking, swimming and bike riding. Examples of anaerobic exercise are strength and resistance training or running a 100 meter or 200 meter race etc. Sport activities can be both aerobic and anaerobic. Some of the time you can be running at full tilt; at other times you are exerting yourself less so.

For optimum fat loss, it is advisable to do an exercise regimen that includes both aerobic and anaerobic activities.

Fat Burning Exercise: Burning Calories From Fat

Research from the American College of Sports Medicine shows that short, high-intensity aerobic sessions burn more calories than longer, lower-intensity aerobic workouts. If you jog at a pace of 8 miles per hour for 20 minutes, you could burn 300 calories. If you were to walk at a pace of 3 miles per hour for an hour, you would burn maybe 250 calories in total.

During a fat burning exercise session, your body goes through several stages before it reaches the point where you are burning fat. Initially you will only burn carbohydrates for energy. This lasts for approximately 10 minutes. Then you begin to burn fat for energy.

You will only begin to burn fat if you exert yourself to the right level for you. The right level for you has you exercising hard enough for your body to want more oxygen. How can you tell if it is the right level for you?

you are breathing at a faster pace than is usual, but you are not gasping for air

you may have some perspiration at the small of your back and at the back of your neck

you should be able to carry on a conversation during your exercise. If you are breathless, or can’t talk, you are exercising too hard

if you experience dizziness or lightheadedness, it is not a good sign. It means that you are overexerting yourself and you should stop

Your body will not begin to burn fat for energy, if you do not exert yourself sufficiently. It will continue to burn carbohydrates for energy. If this is what happens, you will lose mostly water weight, which leads to a decrease in your metabolism. This is the opposite of what you want, because the higher your metabolism the more fat you will burn.

Also please understand that just because you reached the fat burning stage does not mean you will stay there. Staying at the fat burning stage once again depends on if you are moving at a pace that is right for your body.

Boosting your body’s metabolism has long been widely accepted as being one of the most effective ways of burning of fat. The reason is simple. The higher the rate of your body’s metabolism, the faster the speed at which you will be able to burn fat. Fat burning foods are foods that encourage this process. By boosting your metabolism, they ensure that you get fat burning better results during the day and night. However, in order to benefit from these Fat-busting meals you will need to be able to identify them. The following are a list of some common fat burning foods.

1. Dairy Products That are Rich in Calcium: Remember how people always told you milk was good for you? Well it’s no social myth. Recent studies have shown that food items that are rich in calcium are highly effective at boosting the process of burning fat and losing weight. Meals such as cheese and yoghurt can greatly affect the outcome of a person’s diet. In a research taken to discover the effect of diets that include dairy products like yogurt it was discovered that people who used this approach recorded almost twice the amount of weight loss against those who chose to avoid it. You should therefore include these meals in your diet.

2. Foods are Rich in Vit. C: Every year, new things are discovered about the important role Vitamin C plays in our body. One of these is its contribution to fat loss. Eating fruits like lemon or lime which are rich in this Vitamin increases how effectively our body burns of fat. The actions of Vitamin C causes the fat to become less effective and diluted making it even easier for our body to digest and remove them. Other good sources of Vit. C include tangerines, grapefruits, guavas and oranges.

3. Apples: Apples are great options if you are looking for fat burning foods. The action of Pectin which is found in most apples causes the cells in our body to restrict the absorption of fat. It also increases the rate at which water is removed from such foods thereby accelerating the removal of fat from our body. Alongside these properties, apples are great antioxidants and will ensure that your metabolic rate stays even more effective and healthy.

4. Nuts: Given their fat content, nuts might seem like hardly the foods to call on when you are feeling hungry and yet they are. Their rich content in fiber ensures that you will feel less prone to hunger by eating this. More importantly, nuts are a rich source of goof fat (unsaturated fats). This ensures that you are able to provide your body with a healthy dose of the daily fat intake which you require, whilst avoiding all the negative results provided by bad (saturated) fats.

5. Chiles: When it comes to a list of fat burning foods, Chiles (and other forms of cayenne pepper) are a definite inclusion. The actions of Capsaicin on the body are thermogenic in nature. Chilies are rich sources of this compound. Eating chilies will therefore cause your body to burn extra calories after your meal. Most people will burn extra calories for about half an hour after eating foods that contain chilies.

6. Proteins: At the top of the list of fat burning foods are meals that are rich in protein. Proteins are used by the body in the rebuilding and repair of damaged cells and tissues. Unlike carbohydrates which are more easily digested by the body, the body uses up more energy trying to digest such meals. Meals that are high in protein will therefore cause your body to burn more fat over the day. Examples of such meals include beans, eggs and low calorie dairy products. Lentils are also a great source of these types of foods because of their rich protein and high fiber content. Other options include soybeans, asparagus, carrots and broccoli.

There are many more fat burning foods that can be used in enhancing the rate at which you lose weight. However, for the best results people should also consider including other weight loss methods with their diet. Engaging in cardio routines 3 times a week as well as some resistance training workout routines will increase the amount of fat a person loses during this period. It also will elevate a person’s metabolism allowing them to burn fat at a much faster rate.

By paying attention to these, in almost no time you will find that you have soon eaten yourself into a slimmer figure.

Everyone wants to have a thin and fit body, no matter if they have struggled with fat all their lives or this is a recent problem. The diets most people adopted in the last years and the irregular meals have lead to a distortion of their body. They no longer have nice curves and strong muscles, but the fat has taken control over their entire body.

If you are one of those persons you surely ask yourself what you can do in order to burn the fat and strengthen your muscles in such a way as to have a beautiful and harmonious body. Along the time many fat burning techniques and strategies have been developed. Below you will find some of the most effective ways in which you can burn the fat and build your body lines the way you want.

1. Motivation

Each and every change which takes place in your life needs a strong motivation. For example, you get married because you love a person so much that you want to spend all your life with that person or you change your hairstyle because you want to look nicer. The same thing happens with the fat loss diets. You can only succeed if you have a strong motivation to keep you going. This motivation will be the first thing into your mind when you are too lazy to do your fat burning workouts or do not feel like trying any of the recommended fat burning recipes. This motivation will be like the good angel which will help you continue with the diets and healthy food until you reach your goal: the perfect, fat free body.

2. Diet

Diet is very important when it comes to losing weight, burning fat and toning your muscles. Not only because it can limit the amount of fat that goes in your organism, but also because it can help you lose fat. It is true! What you eat can help you burn the fat and transform your body into a fat burning furnace. This is why you should give proper attention to the food you are eating, take out of your diet the food which brings fat in your body and include those aliments which will stimulate your body and cause it to burn the excess fat.

3. Exercise

Along with the appropriate diet, you also have to start making physical exercises. I know this is a combination you have heard about very often and which you probably consider a very tiresome one, yet it is he only one that works in the war against fat. Exercises can help you burn the fat from all those troublesome areas like the belly fat, the fat from your hips or from your thighs. It will also raise your spirits and make you go on even when you are feeling down.

4. Patience

Patience is another key element when it comes to fat burning. You have to know that nothing happens overnight, but just by having a strict program, which should last for a couple of weeks or even more. The results will be amazing, as long as you take your time and never give up.

It is not easy to get rid of all that awful fat, but is even harder to live with it. So, if you could live with all that fat in your body, it should be easier to burn it off. Give fat burning strategies a chance and you will see how your body will thank you.

I have put this Fat Burning Work Out together to enable you to squeeze it into your week not matter how busy you are. Here you have an excellent work out that will burn your excess fat. Here is the crunch though, it requires you to take action and do it. So make sure you lock in 3 or 4, 15 minute time slots into your week.

Here is your Fat Burning Work out BUT before we get going Please get your diary out and commit to those 3 or 4 time slots and schedule your fat burning work out for each and every week.

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 1 – Lunge.

In your usual standing position feet next to each other, with hands on hips, and bracing those abs. Now stepping forward with the right leg and pause, bending your right knee in such a way that the left one just touches the floor, stay there a moment. Gradually return to your starting position.

Do these to the point where you can not do any more a record your results.

Repeat for the other leg and note the result.

Fat burning work out Tip: make sure you concentrate on bracing your stomach muscles, this will help you to ensure your back is kept straight throughout each lung. Also concentrate on doing your lunges slowly and deliberately. Remember doing 2 or 3 correctly is much better than doing 10 half hearted ones!

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 2.

Lying face down on the floor, brace your stomach muscles, (imagine pulling your belly button up to the roof) then raise yourself up on to your elbows and toes, keeping your body completely straight, and hold for as long as you can.

Fat burning work out Tip; You may find this too hard to begin with, in this event begin with bringing you self to knees and elbows.

WARNING: For those who have had children do not do this exercise unless you have already been doing abdominal work post pregnancy. Instead simply do an extra lot of exercise 5, the good old crunch.

Record your time, or if doing crunches the number you achieved.

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 3 – Push Ups

OK so we all know how to do a pushup, but it is absolutely critical that you perform these in the proper fashion. The key to that is to make sure you brace your stomach muscles and move through each pushup at a steady pace, preferably quite slowly.

So here are the actual step by step movements for the perfect push up; Lying with your face down. Face down of course, hands below your shoulders and fingers pointing straight ahead. Bracing your abs, lift up to your knees with your back straight. Then while really concentrating on your stomach muscles raise yourself to your toes. Your hands and feet should be shoulder width apart. In a nice smooth and steady motion drop down and then up again.

Do as many as possible and write down your results.

Fat burning work out Tip: when lifting yourself from your knees to your toes, think about lifting your belly button towards the ceiling. This will help you to keep a straight body and avoid the typical bum in the air posture. I also highly recommend having someone watch you through your pushups to ensure you are holding a good posture.

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 4 – The Calf Raise

You must do these over the edge of a step.; Standing at the edge of your stair with the arch and heel hanging over the edge. Rest your hand on the wall or railing for balance. (this should only be a very light hold) Now lift up as far as you can go, moving slowly please. With a steady motion now drop down as far as you can.

Do as many as you can slowly and smoothly until you can not do any more.

Record your results.

You may find these too easy, if so simply do them on just one leg and then swap

Fat burning work out Tip: Concentrate on ensuring that your heel goes upwards and downwards in a straight line, so that you are working the muscles evenly.

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 5 – Crunches

Once again I am sure you are quite familiar with this exercise, however most people do not perform them very well, so please follow the instructions carefully;

Lye on your back and place your hands on your chest. Bring your feet towards your back side as far as is comfortable.

Bracing your abs

Roll your head forwards so that your chin is tucked into your chest

then lift your shoulders of the floor in a slow and deliberate fashion

Just go as far as you can, do not worry about if it does not seem far, don not jerk or bounce

Now you can take yourself back to the floor nice and slowly and finally with that same rolling motion in reverse return your head to the floor.

Repeat the entire process as many times as possible and record your results.

Fat burning work out Tip:Make sure that each crunch begins with the rolling motion of your head and similarly ends with the reverse rolling motion.

BEWARE: Jerky movements in any form of abdominal work can cause neck and back injuries. In addition, for the mums, if you have not done any work on your tummy muscles after pregnancies, you may nee to start with the bracing only for a week or so until you regain some strength in you abs.

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 6 – Chair Drops

I suggest you use a good solid chair like a timber dinning table chair. You can use anything but these chairs are usually very stable and also offer a bit more height. Here you go;

Take a seat on your chair placing wrapping your fingers over the front edge of the seat and to the outside of your thighs.

Now Brace your stomach muscles and move your feet slightly forward so that you bottom moves forward and off the edge of the chair.

Your thighs should be horizontal to the ground with your lower legs vertical, and your feet flat on the ground.

With a slow and deliberate movement lower yourself so that your bottom just touches the ground and lift yourself back to the starting position

Keep going in a smooth rotation until you can not do any more and write down your result.

If you are finding this quite easy, extend your legs so that they are straight with your heels on the ground.

Fat burning work out Tip: Once again slow and smooth movements and bracing your abs will give you the best results.

Fat Burning Work Out exercise No. 7 – Steps

You can use normal steps but one step is not normally enough height so I recommend getting a milk crate as this is the correct height for this exercise. here are the steps (excuse the pun) to follow;

Stand quite close to your stairs or crate, raise your right leg and put it in the centre of the stair or crate

Now bring your left leg next to your right one.

Now reverse the motions so that you are standing on the floor, right leg first.

and now to complete one rotation start with your left leg, then the right up wards to the top of the crate

Finally back down to the ground starting with your left leg.

Just to make sure it is clear, one rotation or repetition is actually 2 steps, one starting out with left leg and one starting off with right leg.

Do this until you can do no more and record your result.

Fat burning work out Tip: Once again doing these at a very slow and deliberate pace will give your muscles the best workout.

Well done you have finished your fat burning work out. Now its time for a protein rich snack or drink, remembering that not only the food you consume is important, but when you eat it can also have fantastic effects on the fat burning process.

The secret to burning fat lies in the correct combination of exercise and diet. The fat burning tips being offered here will help you to discover a new method of achieving your goals of fat burning. An important thing to understand here is that each person is unique and has got different requirements of diet and exercise. Only common factor that is applicable to all groups is consistency. Results require some serious efforts and a lot of patience.

Reducing your calorie and salt intake is a good way to fat burning. Sodium levels in your body help to retain water and contribute to body fat. Thus, sodium in your body directly contributes to weight gain. Therefore, by reducing your salt intake you can keep the sodium levels in your body under control. Another source of sodium is various types of seasoning that we consume. These need to be kept under check as they add on to sodium without you realizing it.

Most of these tips appear to be too simple. However, it is these simple fat-burning tips that will contribute to maximum weight loss if you practice them seriously. Another such tip is to substitute your high calorie foods with low calorie ones. Burning fat is all about the simple difference between the calories we consume and the calories we expend.

A very effective method of fat burning is to eat nothing at least two hours before you go to bed. This simple tip can work wonders at reducing your weight. Eating before going to bed means that your body will be converting it to fat. So, remember this when you pick up your late night snack.

The other formula to reducing your body fat is to exercise regularly. Remaining active will change your body metabolism and burn fats instead of storing them. Exercises will speed up your body metabolism and hasten the burning of calories. Therefore, you will effectively lose weight.

Some good exercises to lose weight are walking, jogging, cycling, trainer workouts and swimming. Yet another good fat burning tips is to use as many groups of muscles of your body as possible. More fat will be burned as you exercise all the muscles of your body. Aerobic exercises will help you to burn maximum body fat and improve your metabolism. By developing a high metabolic rate your body, will burn fat even after you have finished doing your exercise? Fat burning enzymes are developed in the people who exercise regularly.

So the secret lies in eating properly and exercising well at the same time. This will be one of the best fat burning tips you have ever received. Remember to burn more calories than what you have consumed in the day.
